Description The Senior Clinical Pharmacist will collaborate with
physicians and staff to provide coordinated, comprehensive, high

Bachelor's Degree: PHARMACY from an accredited School of Pharmacy.,
Or - PharmD: PHARMACY from an accredited School of Pharmacy. -
Coursework/Training: Postgraduate Year One (PGY-1) Pharmacy
Residency, Or equivalent education/experience - Upon hire:
Washington Pharmacist License - Within 2 years of hire:
Certification from Board of Pharmacy Specialties - Upon hire: Board
of Pharmacy Preceptor License (Facility Managed) - when eligible
and where applicable - 3 years - Pharmacy practice experience with
at least 2 years of related experience in lieu of Postgraduate Year

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range
for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage
range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job
experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base
pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role,
such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums,
