RN - House Supervisor at Providence Health and Services summary:
The RN House Supervisor provides administrative nursing leadership
and coordinates hospital and departmental activities on evening,
night, weekend, and holiday shifts to ensure quality patient care.
Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, active
state RN license, BLS certification, and at least one year of
charge nurse or leadership experience. Role is on-site at
Providence Centralia Hospital with variable/per-diem shifts and
includes supervisory responsibilities, compensation range, and
comprehensive benefits. Description The Administrative Supervisors
provide nursing service administration on evening, night, weekend,
and holiday shifts ensuring comprehensive nursing services and
quality patient care. The Administrative Supervisor acts as a
representative of administration and coordinates hospital and
