Job Description:

Replacement • Looking for 2 locum providers • Coverage Dates
(Long-term only): realistic start with credentialing will be
Mid-late November • Shift Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with an
hour lunch. A day may look like the first 2/3 s of the day will be
spent at the clinic and then the last portion of the day will be
spent at the hospital completing patient consult. There will be OR
time that is primarily on Tuesdays and Fridays; 2w on 2w off or 3w
on 3w off • Call Schedule/Responsibilities: Not a heavy call
department; On call is not required for this role but if you have a
doctor who is interested On call would primarily fall between
Thursday-Sunday , some Wednesdays. • Rounding, admissions, or none?
Only on patients they have done surgery on • Type of
Patients/Cases: Adults • Patients per day/Volume: 17 • EMR: EPIC;
Must be proficient • Support Staff: Solo • Board Eligible or Board
Certified: Board Certified Urologist; may consider Truly BE if has
experience • Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days from completion of
app • IMLC State: Yes Certifications required: Board Certified
Urologist Credentialing Time frame Are temps available: 60 days
Will a licensing candidate be considered; IMLC providers: Licensed,
IMLC in hand Coordination Details: Job Type: Hourly non inclusive
