Registered Nurse (RN) | Labor & Delivery Location: Everett, WA Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $2,664 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Monitoring maternal and fetal well-being during labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery. Supporting patients through all stages of childbirth, including induction, active labor, delivery, and postpartum care. Assisting physicians and midwives with vaginal deliveries, C-sections, and obstetric emergencies. Administering medications, IV therapies, and epidural support per provider orders. Operating fetal monitoring equipment and interpreting results to anticipate complications. Responding promptly to changes in maternal/fetal condition and initiating emergency interventions when necessary. Educating and supporting mothers and families through the childbirth and recovery process. Floating to Postpartum or related units based on facility needs. Documenting care accurately and efficiently in EPIC . Requirements Experience Required: Minimum 2 years L&D and Postpartum experience First-time Travelers: Accepted Certifications Required: ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate, BCLS Weekends: Typically every other weekend, but may be more frequent based on staffing needs Call: Not required Floating: Yes, between L&D and Postpartum units as needed Locals: Not accepted Pending License: Accepted Benefits • Medical & Health Insurance Benefits from First Day for All Clinical and Patient-Facing Employees. • 401K Plan. •"Your Way is Paid" – we pay for ALL employment requirements, onboarding, physicals, titers, etc. • $300 - $600 referral bonus.
