Service Setting: Inpatient Reason For Coverage: Supplemental
Coverage Period: Feb 2026 - Ongoing Coverage Type: Clinical only
Shift Schedule: Mornings & evenings - AM: 8a-7p or 10a-8p - PM:
5p-10a or 9p-10a - Required at least 7 shifts per month (2 of which
are nights) Patient Demographics: 0-21 yrs old Patient Volume:
15-18 Admissions Required: Yes Rounding Included: Yes Support
Staff: Strong wrap around sub-specialties (30) that are available
for consult support. Required Procedures: - IP pediatric
procedures: With PICU - Non-invasive vent mgmt (bipap/cpap) -
Ventilation mgmt (ped): acute & chronic - Ped Intubation (ENT/INT),
Conscious & Deep Sedation & Central Line Placement. Beds in Dept:
66 Trauma Level: II EMR: Epic Resident/Teaching Supervision
Required: Yes Temporary Privileges available: Yes Travel, lodging,
and malpractice insurance covered Requirements: Active WA License
(preferred) BC (Peds; Peds Hospital Med preferred) BLS (Red Cross
