chemotherapy, many are neutropenic. Unexpected admissions are
typically for neutropenic fevers. The following is required for
travelers on this unit: chemotherapy experience, chemotherapy
symptom management, Blood Product administration experience,
Experience with Central lines, tunneled and non tunneled
portsGuaranteed Hours:In the event of low census Healthcare
Providers may be called off without charge or placed on-call (for
standard on-call rate) in 4 hour increments up to 1 shifts worth of
hours in a 2 week cycle.For ambulatory or surgical services areas
that are closed on weekends and holidays, Hospitals will not
schedule travelers or meet the minimum during these periods.
