Contract Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:30
AM, every-other-weekend (Fri & Sat nights) - Night shift Hours per

people heal. Roles & Responsibilities Attend deliveries
independently and provide hands-on support during births Circulate
in C-sections and collaborate closely with OB anesthesia and
surgical teams Titrate drips safely (Magnesium, Pitocin, Insulin)
following unit protocols Assist with neonatal transition — help
catch the baby and stabilize newborns Provide compassionate
mother-baby/postpartum care, supporting families through recovery
Read and interpret EFM/telemetry strips and document findings in
EPIC/Centricity-perinatal Triaging patients in coordination with
in-house OBGYN/hospitalist and NNP when needed Participate in unit
orientation, follow AWHONN guidelines for staffing ratios, and
contribute to a positive unit culture Qualifications Active RN
license in Washington or ability to obtain WA licensure (licenses
to submit may be accepted) Minimum 2 years clinical experience
(L&D/LDRP experience required; 1 year with multiple prior
travel assignments may be considered) Current BLS, ACLS and NRP
certifications required Intermediate or advanced Fetal Heart
Monitoring (FHM) preferred Comfortable attending deliveries
independently and circulating in C-sections Able to titrate drips
(Magnesium, Pitocin, Insulin) per unit policy No first-time
travelers — prior travel nurse experience preferred Director
requests 2 years of references to be submitted with your
application Education Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or BSN —
BSN not required Active RN credential (registered nurse) Knowledge
& Skills Strong hands-on Labor & Delivery and
Mother-Baby/Postpartum clinical skills EFM / Centricity-perinatal
and EPIC documentation proficiency Neonatal transition skills
including basic stabilization and assisting with newborn care
Ability to read own telemetry/EFM strips and act on findings
Comfort working in a fast-paced acute care setting with high-risk
OB patients Excellent communication, teamwork, adaptability, and
