RTO at the time of submittal. Guaranteed Hours: 70 hours per 2 week
period Unit Information: CABG, AVR, AAA, MVR, Carotid Cutdown,
VATS, RATS, Mediastinoscopy, Pericardial Windows, Tamponade,
