Job Description Job Description Salary: $30.25-$65/hour DOE ICAN is seeking a full time BCBA to join our multidisciplinary team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing services to neurodiverse youth and excited to work in a collaborative environment. Benefits: Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance (Premera HSA or PPO) Supplementary Insurance including life, accident, disability, cancer, etc. Paid Time Off 401(k) Continuing Education Reimbursement Multiple State of the Art Sensory-Motor Gyms Company Sponsored Staff Events (like laser tag, trivia, summer picnic) Weekly Department Roundtables Scheduling and Billing Teams Highly collaborative environment Bonuses available Employee Assistance Program with resources for mental health, physical health, financial planning, and more Your Role: Maintenance of standard BCBA responsibilities related to case management - caseload of approximately 8-10 clients Implement neurodiversity affirming and compassionate ABA therapeutic techniques Conduct assessments Submit semi-annual re-evaluations and ensure progress across goals Maintain clinical and administrative records in accordance with professional standards and HIPAA guidelines Provide parent training and engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with speech therapists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and psychologists Provide clear and constructive feedback and trainings to BTs and RBTs Requirements: Current Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children with autism spectrum and related disorders, required experience in ABA Passing background screening and verification Direct experience implementing ABA methodologies to children with autism Great People Work Here!
