Job Description Job Description Salary: $30.25-$65/hour DOE ICAN
is seeking a full time BCBA to join our multidisciplinary team. We
are looking for someone who is passionate about providing services
to neurodiverse youth and excited to work in a collaborative

health, financial planning, and more Your Role: Maintenance of
standard BCBA responsibilities related to case management -
caseload of approximately 8-10 clients Implement neurodiversity
affirming and compassionate ABA therapeutic techniques Conduct
assessments Submit semi-annual re-evaluations and ensure progress
across goals Maintain clinical and administrative records in
accordance with professional standards and HIPAA guidelines Provide
parent training and engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with
speech therapists, occupational therapists, physical therapists,
and psychologists Provide clear and constructive feedback and
trainings to BTs and RBTs Requirements: Current Certification as a
Board Certified Behavior Analyst Minimum of 1 year of experience
working with children with autism spectrum and related disorders,
required experience in ABA Passing background screening and
verification Direct experience implementing ABA methodologies to
