Area Employment Type: Permanent (Direct Hire) Salary Range: $90,000
– $130,000 annually Relocation Assistance: Available About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Epic Clinical Informaticist RN with a
strong background in Stork and Women’s & Children’s workflows to
support clinical and operational excellence across acute,
ambulatory, and home care settings. This role serves as a key
liaison between clinical teams and IT, ensuring Epic solutions
align with real-world clinical needs and organizational goals. This
is a hybrid position based in the Greater Seattle Area, with
relocation assistance available for qualified candidates. Key
Responsibilities Act as a primary liaison between clinical
stakeholders and IT, ensuring clear communication and alignment on
Epic clinical application needs Assess and translate clinical and
provider needs into functional requirements for Epic applications
across multiple care environments Partner with nurses, physicians,
and interdisciplinary teams to optimize Epic system use through
education, training, and continuous improvement initiatives Perform
detailed workflow analyses of multidisciplinary healthcare
processes and translate findings into optimized system design and
build Support system optimization, adoption, and ongoing
enhancements aligned with organizational and clinical best
practices Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and ensure
Epic functionality supports patient safety, efficiency, and care
delivery Required Qualifications Active Washington State RN License
or Compact RN License Epic certification and hands-on experience ,
preferably in Stork or Women’s & Children’s modules Background in
Clinical Informatics supporting both IT and business stakeholders
Strong understanding of clinical workflows in Women’s & Children’s,
OB/L&D, or related care settings Excellent organizational,
communication, and collaboration skills Preferred Qualifications
Epic Stork certification Prior experience as a Clinical
Informaticist, Nursing Informaticist, or Epic Clinical/Application
Analyst Experience supporting workflow optimization across acute,
