Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Dental Assistant role based in Bothell, WA. The Dental Assistant will support dentists in delivering patient care, including assisting during procedures, preparing exam rooms, managing sterilization processes, and educating patients on oral care. Responsibilities also include maintaining dental equipment, stocking operatories, ordering materials, and ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols. Qualifications Strong knowledge of Dental Care, Oral Care, and Dentistry practices Experience and proficiency in Dental Assisting, including chairside assistance during procedures Expertise in Sterilization techniques and maintaining hygiene standards Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Completion of an accredited Dental Assisting program or equivalent certification Basic understanding of dental software and tools is a plus
