Job Description:
Vituity, a leader in healthcare management services, is seeking
a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to
join our collaborative team. Our focus spans across multiple
specialties including emergency medicine, hospital medicine,
critical care, anesthesiology, and acute psychiatry, aiming to
enhance patient outcomes and improve care delivery across our
network of hospitals and healthcare facilities. As part of our
team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality
healthcare services aligned with our commitment to excellence and
compassionate care. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to
determine medical conditions and establish appropriate treatment
plans. Prescribe medications and therapy measures in compliance
with national and state laws and regulations. Monitor patient
progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with
healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care. Educate
patients and their families on disease prevention and health
maintenance techniques. Maintain accurate patient records and
ensure confidentiality of sensitive information. Strong diagnostic
and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a
high-pressure, fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using medical
software and electronic health records (EHR). Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid state
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license. Certification
from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) or the
National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants
(NCCPA). Optional: Additional certifications related to specialties
such as acute care, emergency medicine, or family practice.
