• Shift Hours: 7:30- 5:30
• Call required? Call Ratio: No call or weekends
• Case Mix: Endo, GI. IV anesthesia. No gas. Must be comfortable working SOLO
• # of Surgical Cases per day: 12-14 patients/day
• # of OR's: 2 OR's
• Supervision and Ratio: No supervision. 1 CRNA and 1 Anesthesiologist
• Active License: Yes
• Credentialing Time Frame: 2 weeks
