ICF International seeks a full-time temporary Technical Assistance
Request Coordinator/Registration Coordinator to work on a national
technical assistance project. This position is only guaranteed
through the end of the contract year, which ends September 29,
2023. The goal of the project is to support and enable legal
representation to eligible arriving Afghans (EAAs) across the
country and to expand the legal community's skills and capacity to
provide immigration legal support. The TA Request/Registration
Coordinator will use his/her knowledge, expertise and/or lived
experience to engage with various stakeholders including EAAs,
government agencies, and non-profit legal organizations. The goal
is to collect information on TA Request and EAA requests and
referrals aimed at connecting EAAs with immigration legal
services.
Key Responsibilities
Review all requests for assistance from Eligible Arrival Afghans
(EAAs), including via emails and registration forms through the
website
Verify eligibility and refer to the appropriate region based on
location
Provide day-to-day support for any relevant tasks and
deliverables.
Provide support in the development and coordination tools and
response protocols for legal service providers (LSP) and EAAs
Assist with any TTA follow up efforts including data entry, and
reporting.
Willing to be flexible & support team members as needed.
Complete other duties as assigned by project leadership.
Work with the regional offices to assure assignment of LSPs for
case assignment and to assure assignment of EAAs for service
assignment
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. (Substitution:
Associate degree and 3 years of relevant experience in tracking and
coordinating customers or HS and 5 years of relevant experience in
tracking and coordinating customers).
Minimum of 1 year of professional experience.
Minimum of 1 year of experience working with a team, managing
deadlines,
Must be able to obtain a tier 2 security clearance
Must have resided in the U.S. or U.S. territories for 3 of the last
5 years
Preferred Qualifications:
General knowledge of virtual platforms and software such as
Microsoft Teams and Webex.
Minimum of 1 year experience working remotely
Language Fluency in Dari/Pashto
Experience working with refugees, immigrants, or asylees
Experience providing logistical support and general project
support, such as activity tracking, task coordination, and material
formatting.
Professional Skills
High quality control skills with superior attention to detail and
the ability to meet stringent deadlines
Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making
capabilities.
Ability to be flexible, multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple
activities simultaneously in a fast-paced, changing environment
Strong team player with the ability to take initiative and work
well independently
Excellent verbal, oral, interpersonal and written communication
skills, including experience with developing and delivering
presentations, writing, and blogging social media content
Ability to exercise good judgment, discretion, tact, and
diplomacy
Strong organizational and time management skills

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in
determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited
to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and
competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location,
education and certifications as well as contract provisions
regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The
pay range for this position is :
$46,667.00 - $79,333.00
