Job Description:

A company is looking for a Technical Lead to support the Department of Veterans Affairs in the Electronic Health Record Modernization Integration Office.



Key Responsibilities

Coordinate cross-disciplinary team efforts to ensure system integrations and compatibility across multiple platforms
Monitor and assess scalability, performance, and best practices for a large-scale EHR system
Conduct engineering analyses on interoperability systems and provide guidance on technical risks and solutions


Required Qualifications

5+ years of professional work experience in a healthcare/clinical environment
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare IT, computer science, electronics engineering, or a related technical field, or 10 years of additional relevant experience
Experience addressing systems integration, compatibility, and healthcare semantics issues
Ability to work independently on software design and development
Experience with systems engineering principles, including requirements development and functional analysis
