Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Systems Analyst to support
Enterprise Service Management through reporting, business analysis,
and technical improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze technical requirements for new systems and
applications
Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to design, test, and
implement solutions
Analyze key metrics and generate performance reports
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or 2+
years of relevant experience)
Experience in system analysis, product management, design, testing,
and release management
Knowledge of (Scaled) Agile, SDLC, and SecDevOps is a plus
Preferred certifications: ITIL, ServiceNow Reporting & Performance
Analytics, Lean Six Sigma
