Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist II to
join their Technical Solutions Center team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert technical support for assay and instrument-related
issues using various communication technologies
Lead troubleshooting management for laboratory instrumentation and
identify root causes of customer-reported issues
Maintain compliance with cGMP and QSR requirements while supporting
continuous quality improvement and customer satisfaction goals
Required Qualifications
Degree or certification in Medical Laboratory Technology, Medical
Technology, Medical Laboratory Science, or a relevant field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a healthcare setting
Technical and professional knowledge of systems and solutions, with
MS Office competency
Ability to work a variable shift schedule, including weekends and
holidays
Less than 10% domestic travel required
