Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Project Coordinator Position type: Full-time, Contract Duration: 6 months Location: Remote As a(n) Project Coordinator you will: The ideal candidate will have: B.S. or higher in a relevant discipline from an accredited university and 4 years direct experience with proven project coordination skills. Additional consideration for engineering and nuclear degrees/experience. Proficiency in data collection, analysis, interpretation, and reporting using relevant tools and techniques. Ability to identify patterns, trends, and insights from data to support decision-making. PMP certification is strongly desired. Demonstrated experience in conducting or project management of engineering activities. Strong understanding of technical schedule management, including project reporting, schedule development, logic sequences and fragnets, and resource forecasting. Experience with Primavera P6 Experience with Atlassian tools such as Confluence and JIRA a plus. Knowledge of the NRC 10CFR50 licensing process is desired but not required. Excellent communication and complex management/organization skills. Attention to detail and aspiration for excellence. Candidates must be self-starters and possess the ability to coordinate and lead a cross-functional effort with minimal direction. Ability to handle projects that include many competing objectives and design constraints, with ability to resolve conflicts between priorities. Strong communication skills are desired.
