Job Description:
Nextant is hiring a Program Manager Tech 4 to join our client’s
team. In this role, you will interface directly with clients on
both technical and business matters, supporting projects from
initiation through successful delivery. You will be responsible for
driving program and project schedules, preparing status reports,
and contributing to key decision-making by creating and reviewing
functional specifications. This position requires close
collaboration with Product Managers and Product Unit Managers,
providing them with technical and analytical insights. You will
also coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure programs are
delivered on time and within budget. Job Responsibilities:
Develops, tracks and manages project budget, project plans,
timelines and scope Manage project resources including procuring
project staff, developing, motivating, coaching and advising
Partner closely with other members of functional project teams to
define business requirements Lead teams of developers in the
delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet business
needs Define test plans and ensure that products are defect free
before User Acceptance Testing Facilitate the User Acceptance
Testing process, developing rollout plans and procedures Prepare
and present cost-benefit analyses Ensure appropriate systems
development and project management processes are being utilized
Make presentations to steering committees or project sponsors
Requirements: 8-10 overall years of experience in the field.
Bachelor's degree in technical fields such as computer science,
computer engineering or related field required. Must have MBA or
other related advanced degree Must have a minimum of 6 years’
experience with technical program management. Must have a minimum
of 8 years’ experience with managing Azure DevOps and work items
Must have a minimum of 8 years’ experience with PMP or some sort of
project management certification Must have strong verbal and
written communication skills. Must have excellent problem-solving
skills. Must have strong interpersonal skills. Must have the
ability to work independently and manage one’s time effectively.
Must be detail oriented. Must have experience engaging with
executive-level stakeholders. Must have proven project management
(PM) experience. Must have prior experience at Microsoft Benefits:

date: 6/30/2025 Estimate end date: 6/30/2026 This is a hybrid
position based in Redmond, Washington. Candidates will be required
to work onsite once a month. The standard schedule is Monday
through Friday, 40 hours per week, with no expected overtime. Pay
Rate: The annual salary range for this position is $141,000 -
$155,000 in Washington State. Please note that the salary range is
a general guideline. Nextant considers factors such as (but not
limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the
candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills, and
other market and business considerations when extending an offer.
