Job Description We're building the next generation of payment
solutions for Amazon's digital businesses. Our mission is to
dramatically reduce the time and effort required to launch new
payment methods, enabling faster expansion into new markets and
better serving millions of customers worldwide. Be at the forefront
of transforming how payments work across Amazon's digital
businesses. As a Senior TPM, you'll lead strategic programs that
simplify our payment infrastructure and accelerate the launch of
new payment methods for Prime Video, Kindle, Music, and other
digital services. This is a highly visible role where you'll
partner with leadership to shape the future of digital payments at
Amazon. Key job responsibilities - Lead large-scale technical
programs to simplify our payment architecture and standardize
payment implementations - Partner with engineering teams across
Digital, Payments, and Tech organizations to drive technical
alignment and execution - Translate strategic goals into clear
roadmaps and deliver measurable results - Build strong
relationships with key stakeholders and maintain executive
visibility - Identify and remove obstacles to keep programs on
track - Drive technical discussions and help teams reach consensus
on complex decisions About the team Amazon Digital Acceleration
powers ordering, subscriptions, and device management for Prime,
Amazon Video, Music, Audible, Alexa, and Kindle, amongst other
digital businesses. We process billions of digital purchases every
year and enable our digital businesses to grow their businesses

enjoyable post-purchase customer experience. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS-
7 years of working directly with engineering teams experience - 5
years of technical product or program management experience - 3
years of software development experience - 5 years of technical
program management working directly with software engineering teams
experience - Experience managing programs across cross functional
teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- 5 years of project management disciplines
including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and
critical path management experience - Experience managing projects
across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and
coordinating release schedules - Experience defining KPI's/SLA's
used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to

the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base
pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest
geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic
market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market
location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills,
