Job Description:
Nextant is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst 1 to join
our client team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in
enhancing supply chain performance through proactive
problem-solving, robust data analysis, and a relentless focus on
continuous improvement. Job Responsibilities: Take full ownership
of supply chain analytics projects, from initial analysis through
implementation and follow-up. Identify, investigate, and resolve
complex supply chain issues by applying strong problem-solving and
root cause analysis skills. Analyze large data sets using advanced
Excel functions, SQL queries, and Power BI dashboards to extract
actionable insights. Monitor, manage, and improve key performance
indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize planning versus
actualization, support cumulative planning, and enhance information
flow. Drive issues to closure with a strong sense of accountability
and commitment to delivering results. Requirements: 2 overall years
of experience in the field. Bachelor’s degree in supply chain,
Business, Analytics, or a related field. Must have experience in
supply chain operations. Must have data analysis experience. Must
have prior experience at Microsoft Must have a minimum of 2 years’
Experience in Power BI Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience
Excel – data, vlookup, pivot Must have a minimum of 2 years’
experience with SQL Proven ability to work independently, take
initiative, and see projects through to completion. Advanced
proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas,
data visualization). Familiarity with supply chain processes,
including planning vs. actualization, cumulative planning, and
information flow. Disqualifiers: Candidates without a proven
history of independent work will not be eligible for the role.

hybrid position. Candidates will be expected to work onsite one day
per week with the team in Redmond, Washington. The standard
schedule is Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, with no
expected overtime. Pay Rate: The annual salary range for this
position is $80,000 - $88,000 in Washington State. Please note that
the salary range is a general guideline. Nextant considers factors

skills, and other market and business considerations when extending
