Job Description Job Description CV Resources is partnering with a client that serves several communities nationwide, on a fully remote contract HRIS Analyst search. This role is ideal for a hands-on Rippling expert who thrives in optimization, problem-solving, and enablement. The organization recently transitioned HR and Payroll operations back in-house after an outsourced model and is now seeking a true Rippling SME to stabilize, optimize, and elevate their HRIS environment. Rippling was implemented but under-supported, and they need an expert who can unlock its full potential—building dashboards, improving integrations, and training internal teams to confidently own the system. Job Details Job Title: HRIS Analyst or Sr. HRIS Analyst Work Type: Fully Remote | Contract Pay Rate: $40–$50/hour Key Responsibilities Own and administer the HRIS system, with Rippling as the core platform Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with regulatory requirements Assess current HRIS, payroll, and system integrations to improve performance and usability Perform system testing, upgrades, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimization Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and queries for HR and leadership teams Partner with HR and IT stakeholders on integrations and process improvement initiatives Translate technical system data into clear, engaging, and digestible insights Train HR and payroll teams to confidently and effectively use Rippling Drive automation and system enhancements to improve HR processes Qualifications Strong understanding of HR processes, data analysis, and reporting Must Have: Deep proficiency with HRIS platforms, with strong preference for hands-on Rippling experience and third-party integrations 3 years of HRIS experience, including system maintenance, reporting, and troubleshooting High technical aptitude with a solutions-oriented mindset Excellent communication skills with the ability to train and influence non-technical users Bottom line: If you are a Rippling power user who enjoys fixing what’s broken, building what’s missing, and empowering teams through better systems—this role was made for you PandoLogic.
