and/or where it will be performed. The M365 Engineering team
configures, deploys, and manages Microsoft 365 productivity
services, delivering secure, reliable, and highly-available
collaboration tools that power daily operations for Amazon Leo
users. We are seeking a self-motivated, highly organized Technical
Program Manager (TPM) with exceptional interpersonal skills, strong
written and verbal communication abilities, and proven experience
leading large-scale technical initiatives. In this role, you will
manage technical projects and workstreams to design, implement, and
operate the M365 suite within the GCC High Environment. You will
collaborate closely with third-party vendors, Amazon Security
teams, and key stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver an
exceptional productivity experience for Leo-specific resources.
This individual contributor role offers broad organizational
influence. You will drive alignment and execution by leveraging
your technical domain expertise, strong program management
fundamentals, and trusted cross-functional partnerships. Key job
responsibilities As a Technical Program Manager, you will develop
integrated plans, drive execution, and remove blockers to enable
teams to deliver faster with higher quality. Your ability to
anticipate challenges and proactively manage dependencies and risks
will be critical to our success. You will gain deep understanding
of technical requirements for solutions being built—including
architecture, dependency impacts, efficiency, performance,
availability, and operability. You will balance the needs of
engineers who build, maintain, and extend features throughout the
system lifecycle, making appropriate trade-offs between technical
constraints and business objectives. Partnering effectively with
technical managers, you will secure resources, scope engineering
efforts, set project priorities and milestones, and drive delivery.
You will guide teams in identifying opportunities for iterative
improvements. You will lead multiple complex projects
simultaneously, providing project leadership while anticipating
bottlenecks, mitigating risks, quantifying trade-off impacts, and
balancing business needs against technical constraints. Working
closely with stakeholders across various teams, you will identify
and drive innovative solutions that achieve business goals and
align with long-term product roadmaps. Our ideal candidate brings a
strong TPM background with demonstrated experience leading
cross-organizational technical programs and a solid technical
foundation in Microsoft M365 services. - 5 years of technical
product or program management experience - 5 years of working
directly with engineering teams experience - 5 years of project
management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality,
along with risk and critical path management experience -
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams,
building processes and coordinating release schedules - Strong
technical background with ability to understand system
architecture, dependencies, and technical trade-offs - Experience
managing vendor relationships and third-party integrations -
Experience driving operational excellence and establishing
sustainable processes for service management - Experience with
Microsoft 365 suite administration and deployment in enterprise
environments - Experience working with GCC High or other government
compliance environments - Experience with security compliance
frameworks and working with security teams on technical

this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include
sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final
compensation will be determined based on factors including
experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers
