Job Description:
Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) and Supply Chain by Amazon (SCA)
team provides Amazon's suite of physical and digital services that
help businesses transport, warehouse, fulfill, deliver, and plan
their movement of goods—both on and off Amazon. Our mission is to
empower sellers and merchants of all sizes by providing innovative
solutions that streamline supply chain operations, reduce costs,
and free up time for them to focus on scaling their businesses. To
support our rapid growth and strategic expansion, we are hiring a
Principal UX Designer to define and drive the vision for a unified,
cohesive seller experience that simplifies how sellers manage their
supply chain in one place. In this role, you will lead the
strategic design direction for complex, multi-product experiences
spanning inventory management and planning. You'll partner with
senior leadership across product, engineering, and business teams,
as well as cross-org partners to integrate multiple products and
services—to shape the future of Amazon's supply chain seller
experience. Working at the intersection of business strategy and
user needs, you'll drive design excellence across multiple teams,
influence product roadmaps, and establish design patterns and
frameworks that scale globally. Your work will eliminate complexity
at a systems level and empower sellers to grow their businesses
across channels while leveraging Amazon's world-class logistics
infrastructure. Key job responsibilities • Define and champion the
north star UX vision for supply chain seller experiences,
influencing product strategy and shaping multi-year roadmaps for
cross-org initiatives. • Partner with senior leadership across
business, product, and engineering organizations—including
cross-org stakeholders—to align on strategic priorities and drive
consensus on design direction balancing customer needs with
business objectives and technical constraints. • Drive design
solutions through data and insights, incorporating customer
research, market analysis, and business metrics to inform strategic
decisions and influence organizational priorities. • Dive deep and
drive execution on high-complexity and high-impact initiatives by
creating detailed user flows, wireframes, visual designs, and
prototypes that solve ambiguous problems and set the quality
standard for the team. • Present and influence at the executive
level, effectively communicating design vision and rationale to VP
and SVP audiences, securing buy-in for strategic initiatives, and
representing design in high-stakes decision-making forums. •
Champion systems-level thinking that addresses root causes rather
than symptoms, identifying opportunities to simplify complex
experiences and eliminate friction at scale. • Model behavior that
exemplifies Amazon Leadership Principles in their team. Be a
