NW Washington State; Clallam County; Forks; Near Coast; Outdoor
recreation, small town feel, quaint and beautiful town Setting:
Small Community Hospital Start Date: June 1 End Date: September 1
(option to extend) Coverage: Give me your availability: days/week
available, weeks per month available, start date Shifts: 24 hours;
9am-9am; give me your availability Requirements: Active,
unrestricted WA license Clean WA DEA (no current suits or
unresolved cases) BE/BC Clean Malpractice/NPDB (no large payout in
previous 7 years) Rate: $180/hour Travel & Lodging provided
Malpractice Insurance provided
