Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, SEC Reporting and Corporate
Legal.
Key Responsibilities
Act as lead advisor for SEC reporting and securities law compliance
matters
Oversee preparation of proxy statements and annual meeting
logistics
Provide legal guidance on external communications and ensure
compliance with SEC and Nasdaq regulations
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree and qualified to practice law in a
U.S. jurisdiction
6+ years of relevant SEC advisory and corporate governance
experience
Expert knowledge of corporate governance, SEC, and NASDAQ rules
M&A, Equity, and/or fintech knowledge is a plus
Ability to independently lead and influence key stakeholders in a
fast-paced environment
