client is searching for a Land Use Attorney for their Seattle
office. Four years or more of Washington land use experience is
needed. A bit more about the role is below. High-Impact Work:
Represent a diverse clientele, from local developers to national
corporations, on a wide range of land use matters. Engage in
challenging projects involving feasibility analysis, complex
permitting processes, regulatory monitoring, and government

professional development. What You'll Bring: A Washington State Bar
Minimum of four years of Washington land use experience. Strong
understanding of land use regulations and permitting processes.
Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills. Exceptional
