Competitive Compensation: Up to $167K base salary (DOE) Performance Bonuses 401(k) with Generous Match Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability Generous PTO & Paid Holidays Collaborative Work Environment: Join a team of 60 attorneys across multiple offices, fostering a supportive and collegial culture Work-Life Balance: Average annual billable hours of 1800 Hybrid-Remote Flexibility Job Details Key Responsibilities and Duties Draft, review, and revise legal documents Advise clients on legal rights and litigation strategy Conduct legal research, witness interviews, and evidence collection Prepare briefs, develop arguments, and support case presentation Represent clients in court, mediations, and hearings Engage and prepare expert witnesses for deposition and trial Draft responses to discovery and deposition notices Maintain billable target of at least 1800 hours annually Participate in virtual or in-person litigation proceedings, including depositions and trials Qualifications – Needed JD from an accredited law school Active license to practice in Washington State (Oregon and/or Idaho a plus) Minimum 4 years of legal or private practice experience Strong background in civil litigation, with exposure to one or more: insurance defense, environmental, corporate/real estate, or transportation law Excellent written and oral communication skills Proven ability to analyze and interpret complex legal matters Ability to meet annual 1800-hour billing requirement Must be able to travel occasionally for hearings, trials, or client meetings Interested in hearing more?
