A boutique family law firm in Tacoma, WA is looking for a Litigation Paralegal to join their growing team. This is a hybrid role offering flexibility, meaningful work, and a vibrant, supportive culture. What You’ll Do: Build strong working relationships with attorneys and staff Connect with clients to understand their story, concerns, and goals Manage court calendars and deadlines to keep cases moving smoothly Draft pleadings, declarations, motions, and legal correspondence Prepare and respond to discovery requests Maintain impeccably organized digital case files Coordinate filing, service of documents, and communication with third parties Provide clients with timely, compassionate updates throughout their case What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a litigation paralegal (family law experience is a plus) Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with legal document preparation and case management Strong organizational skills with a proactive mindset Tech-savvy and adaptable in a fast-paced environment management Bachelor's Degree preferred Interested in hearing more?
