Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401K Job Details Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive advice and services related to trust and estate law, including drafting wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents. Manage and administer trusts and estates, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Provide tax planning services, advising clients on income tax, gift tax, and other relevant tax issues. Work with private clients to manage their wealth, including providing advice on wealth transfer and succession planning. Collaborate with other members of the legal team to ensure a high level of service is provided to all clients. Keep up to date with changes in trust and estate law, tax law, and other relevant areas, ensuring that all advice and services provided are accurate and up to date. Engage in business development activities to attract new clients and build relationships with existing clients. Qualifications: Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school is required. Master of Law (LLM) degree, preferably in Tax Law, is highly desirable. Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Trust and Estate Attorney. Extensive experience with private client services, wealth management, and tax planning is required. Comprehensive knowledge of trust and estate law, fiduciary responsibilities, and tax law is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and other members of the legal team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide practical and effective legal solutions. Must be a member in good standing of the state bar. Experience with drafting and administering wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents. Proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
