Job Description: LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a
national law firm to find an experienced Labor and Employment
Attorney to support its in-house legal team on a contract basis.
This role is ideal for an attorney with strong advisory experience
who can operate independently and deliver polished, thoughtful work
product with minimal direction. Responsibilities: Provide
day-to-day advice and counseling to clients on a wide range of
labor and employment matters Conduct legal research based on client
inquiries and prepare clear, well-reasoned written responses.
Draft, review, and update agreements, employment policies, and
related documents Communicate directly with clients as needed,
delivering guidance in a professional and practical manner Manage
workload with little oversight and ensure timely completion of
assignments Qualifications: J.D. from an accredited law school and
active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction 7 years of
labor and employment experience focused on advice and counseling
Washington experience required. California experience strongly
preferred Proven ability to work independently without extensive
direction or hand holding Strong writing and analytical skills
required Must reside in the same state where licensed Candidates
must be based in one of the following locations (with preference
for NY or NC): TX, MA, SC, NC, IL, PA, MO, CA, FL, TN, NY, NJ, OR,
WA, DC, DE Must not engage in concurrent employment Additional
Details: This is an anticipated 6-month assignment that may be
extended or converted depending on business needs Benefits: Benefit
