Location: Fully remote within the U.S. (must reside and be licensed
in a state where the firm maintains an office - TX, OR, WA, MA, SC,
NC, IL, PA, MO, CA, FL, TN, NY, NJ, Washington DC, or DE) Schedule:
Part-time, approximately 20-30 hours per week (may increase
depending on experience) Salary: $70-$90/hr. DOE Employment Type:
Contract - 6-month assignment with potential for extension Job
Description: LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a national
law firm to hire an experienced Real Estate Attorney to support
ongoing transactional matters. This position requires strong
commercial leasing experience and the ability to independently
manage drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a range of real estate
documents. The ideal candidate will have at least 4-5 years of
dedicated real estate transactional experience and excellent
writing skills. This role begins on a part-time basis, with the
potential for increased hours based on the candidate's skillset.
Candidates must not be performing any concurrent legal work.
Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate commercial real
estate leases Prepare and manage easements, closing documents, due
diligence materials, title surveys, and related transactional tasks
Serve as an independent contributor capable of managing workload
with minimal oversight Collaborate with internal stakeholders to
ensure timely and accurate completion of real estate agreements
Provide clear, well-written legal analysis and guidance as needed
Qualifications: 4-5 years of dedicated real estate transactional
experience Must live and be licensed in one of the following
states: TX, OR, WA, MA, SC, NC, IL, PA, MO, CA, FL, TN, NY, NJ,
Washington DC, or DE J.D. from an accredited law school and active
bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction Strong commercial
leasing experience required Experience with easements, title
surveys, due diligence, and closing checklists Homebuilder
experience is a plus but not required Ability to work independently
and manage competing priorities Must not perform concurrent legal
work while in this role Benefits: Benefit offerings include
