Partner with our Deputy Assistant Director and Business and Professions Management Team in leading and managing the division with shared vision and values, creating a culture of authenticity and transparency. Lead program managers and staff in regulatory functions, training, coaching, and mentoring others to champion their own success. Evaluate complex issues and take purposeful action to meet our customers' needs.
  • Model culturally competent leadership. Develop and demonstrate appropriate, relevant, and sensitive strategies and skills to form meaningful partnerships and understand our impact within the communities we serve. Empower others to develop an anticipatory mindset where current and future business processes are designed using a diverse, equitable, and inclusive lens to support the unique needs of the customers we serve.

  • Manage day-to-day program operations. Oversee budget, facilities, and human resources, and provide guidance and direction to Assistant Administrators. Collaborate with partners to develop long term business management outcomes and create policy and legislation for the division.     • Model cultural competency, employing a knowledge of the morals and beliefs of other cultures.Preferred QualificationsApplicants who also possess the following may receive additional consideration by the hiring manager:
      • Four years of professional work experience OR Bachelor's degree or higher in public or business administration, organizational leadership, law, or closely related field.
      • Five years of supervisory experience including three years of management experience involving managing supervisors in a highly complex organization, applying leadership and management principles.
      • Experience developing and implementing operational plans and initiatives.
      • Experience partnering and collaborating at an entry-level or higher management level.
      • Experience working with budgets and policies.
      • Experience interpreting and applying laws, rules, and policies.
