As a network administrator with WSECU, you will assist in the operations of VMware ESX/NSX, Kubernetes clusters, VoIP and telephony services, primary and colocation infrastructure, SaaS partnership integrations, and Cisco/Silverpeak/F5/PAN technology solutions in a fast paced regulated environment.As a digitally enabled credit union, we pride ourselves in providing great service and it is evident throughout the organization. This network position is focused on providing general network support as part of a larger infrastructure team that delivers the core platforms for business success - dedication to success, thinking outside of the box, problem solving, disciplined troubleshooting skills, and strong interpersonal skills will be key to your success at WSECU.If service and teamwork resonate with you, please come join us... check out Glassdoor or talk to a current employee - we are "All in" for our members.Your day might include:Teaming with other passionate technology expertsReviewing services and making recommendations for improvementsImplementing SAML authentication with business applicationsTroubleshooting access and performance issues to SaaS solutionsReplacing network gear at remote branchesInvestigating call quality issuesDeploying telephony and network equipmentConfiguring and troubleshooting OSPF and BGP across the enterprise networkBuilding and monitoring application security and load balancing configurationsInvestigating application issues and responding to audit findingsImplementing layered security throughout the networkSupporting collaboration technologies for staff and member interactionWhat you bring to the team:A passion for member services and a strong team playerNetwork+ and / or CCNAMinimum six (6) years' experience in a high-demand IT environment with continuously growing network administration responsibilitiesStrong skills in network layer 2 and 3 technologies, including DHCP, NAC, VoIP, SIP, OSPF and BGPFamiliarity with Cisco Unified Call Manager, Cisco UCCX, and Expressway Edge/CoreAbility to translate between technical resources and non-technical staffAbility and availability to travel to WSECU locations within Washington State as neededBonus Points if you have:Bachelor Degree or Associates Degree or equivalent certificationsAdvanced Cisco certificationsExperience with Active Directory, Credit Union technologies, telephony and contact center solutions, member serviceWorking experience with F5, VMware, Silverpeak or PAN technologies in a production environmentFour (4) years of experience as a Network AdministratorCompetitive pay: $64,189.90 - $96,284.85, DOQ, dependent on applicable qualificationsPerks: Excellent benefits package; including retirement options and paid leaveWhere we're located: Corporate Office 330 Union Ave SE Olympia, WA with potential partial work from home optionsWhen you'd work: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm, with scheduling flexibility required to meet service needs for this full time Exempt positionInd2SDL2017
