This role will lead business requirements, solution illustration and develop solutions to create consolidated, immediately actionable, and well-designed illustrations of data. The Residential Lending BI Reporting Analyst is responsible for ensuring that, in partnership with many stakeholders, illustrations of data are accurate, timely, and represent the departments drive to support member's mortgage lending needs through service that are highly related to desires of the member. Leveraging new insights and transparency of data, the role will consistently drive to improve the workflow to ensure member satisfactions are optimized and efficient. Ready to learn more?Your day might include:Program managementEstablishing a clear charter for Residential Lending's Business Intelligence practices to define the purpose, reporting schema, change management, operational plan, and other necessary criteria to establish a program that is highly valuable, consistent and aligned with the businessPassionate about solving problems, creating efficiency and developing solutions that are focused on the end user with a clear focus on creating routines to operationalize and control change and developmentCoordinating and supporting business leaders and staff to ensure that the reporting is highly refined and creating the greatest efficiencies possible in the pursuit of serving the memberDeveloping and maintaining benchmarks/matrices/dashboards/reports for the Residential Lending department that measure performance, pipeline management, exception reporting and resolution, and illustrating business trends and forecastsCreating and managing trend reporting that is immediately consumable and supporting timely decisions and actionParticipating in team efforts to refine workflow to improve efficiency and member satisfactionActively participating in project work, representing the interest of the Residential Lending department and having a working knowledge of the Residential Lending workflow and dataCollaborating with business and systems stakeholders in a pursuit of data inconsistencies, providing workarounds, and creating transparencyChampion and driver of process improvements that are focused on Member service, efficiency and quality measures, to include potential solutions as robotic process automation, and other solutionsWhat you bring to the team:Minimum of two to three (2-3) years' experience or educational equivalent in data sciences or data analytic program and proficiency in writing SQL queriesFundamental understanding of consumer financeMinimum One (1) years' experience or completion of educational program in the area of programming and/or scripting languages: Python, Java, and C/C++Minimum three (3) years of experience with any Enterprise Level Business Intelligence reporting tools (i.e. Tableau, SSRS, Business Objects, Cognos, Hyperion, MicroStrategy)Excellent computer skills, conceptual, analytical, decision-making and problem solving skills, and understanding of consumer financeExperience and proficiency working with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and office automationBonus points if you have:Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics or equivalent experienceTwo (2) years of progressive proven experience in data analyticsExperience developing content in an iterative way; experience using agile development processesCompetitive pay: $28.59- $42.89 per hour, dependent on applicable qualificationsPerks: Excellent benefits package; including retirement options and paid leaveWhere we're located: 330 Union Ave SE Olympia, WA 98501When you'd work: Monday- Friday, 8:30 am -5:30 pm, 40 hours per week, for this non-exempt position, with scheduling flexibility required to meet the needs of the departmentInd2Equal Opportunity EmployerWe also proudly support veterans and those currently serving in the armed forces
