Overview The Agile Project Manager is responsible for managing and directing the Agile teams. The Agile Project Manager will solicit business requirements from the product owner and transfer them to the product backlog for further decomposition by the team. This position requires a B.S. in computer science, management information systems, engineering, or a related field. The candidate will work with a team of LMI software developers and domain experts to implement IT solutions in support of multiple federal agencies.Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.)Collaborate with client, product owner and project leader to ensure alignment and prioritize functionalityFacilitate interaction and appropriate communication between scrum teams, architecture and UXFacilitate Agile training, as needed, within the LMI Agile CommunityCollect and report progress metrics on a regular basisQualificationsBS/BA in related fieldMinimum of seven (7) years of relevant, professional experienceMinimum of seven (7) years of project management experienceMinimum of two (2) years of direct experience with productsMinimum one (1) ServiceNow certificationExperience with Agile development methodologies and the ITIL frameworkDemonstrated experience managing a continuous integration / continuous delivery pipeline for software deliveryDemonstrated strong project management and process executionDemonstrated ability to define and drive implementation of release and cutover management concepts, processes, and toolsOutstanding organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, including ability to work with engineers and business simultaneouslyOutstanding and proven attitude of customer serviceOutstanding problem solving and creative thinkingDetailed oriented, passion for quality and accuracy, demonstrate professionalism, keen sense of business acumenSecurity Clearance Requirement: Minimum risk public trust (MRPT)Preferred QualificationsExperience with the ITIL frameworkServiceNow Developer or Advanced Administrator certificationPlatform App Builder certifiedDemonstrated experience in multiple ServiceNow implementations / staff positions in the Release Manager role for an enterprise IT environmentProven leadership capabilities with matrixed teams and ability to drive issues to closureJobSummaryJob ID: 2021-6470# of Openings: 1Category: AcquisitionsSDL2017
