RESPONSIBILITIES:

• understanding the Internet Sales process
• Streamlining the purchase process to eliminate points of friction
• Communicate with customers via email, text, zoom, and phone to prospect, set appointments, and/or finalize transactions
• Explain product performance, application, and benefits to customers.
• Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
• Build strong rapport with customers.
• Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable online presentations.
• Overcome objections, provide customers with all information required to close sale.
• Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous dealership experience
• Familiar with VinSolutions, DealerTrack, DealersLink, and DealerWizard
• Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
• Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections & negotiating pricing
• Have quality customer service skills
• Possess strong communication skills
• Must have a clean & valid driver's license
• Must be willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment
• Ability to work without much supervision
