We currently own and operate over 85 apartment communities in the Pacific Northwest and Southwestern United States with other markets under consideration.We are currently seeking an energetic, dedicated, personable Front Desk Admin to support our talented team of property management! This position will staff the front desk of our leasing offices and be responsible for upholding a high standard of ethics, cleanliness, and promoting a feeling of excellent hospitality, positivity, and good-will among guests and associates.Front Desk Admin Essential Functions: Include but are not limited to-Establishes and maintains good relations with residents/guests, vendors, and co-workers. Always communicates in a courteous and professional manner. Reports any guest/residents' complaints to manager clearly and promptly.Provides access for guests, residents' guests, delivery and other service personnel according to the company policy and management's request. Maintains contractor and visitor log; obtains identification as required.Provides administrative support (i.e., scheduling appointments, tenants correspondence, etc.). Assists the Property Manager and Leasing Agent with leasing and showing.Projects consistent brand image through professional appearance and performance. Monitors all activities at the lobby area, maintains the front desk cleanliness and inventory; submits orders as needed.Provides concierge services such as package and delivery acceptance, mail/notices distributions. Frequently walks the property, climbs stairs, lifts/moves items (up to 25 lbs.), and other tasks as needed.Front Desk Admin Qualifications: Include but are not limited to-Must have the availability to work a flexible schedule any day of the week.High School diploma or equivalent required.Excellent customer service skills while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.Ability to resolve minor problems while remaining courteous and professional.Must be team oriented and display the ability to communicate effectively.Ability to use and learn new computer applications.Prior experience in customer service or administrative support is a plus but not required.
