Ideally, the candidate will be in the Central US.As a self-managed and highly motivated individual, you are results oriented. You take full command of your territory, manage your time well, handle your territories calls and campaigns efficiently and effectively, driving new opportunities in your territory for your sales team, by selling customers on the solution and the value of their investments. You meet/exceed daily, monthly and yearly set quotas. You are fully knowledgeable on the use of Salesforce.com CRM in how it relates to your position, and are effective in recording your activity, and utilizing this tool wisely take full advantage of the visibility it affords you to drive results. You provide a concise level of detail on a prospect's needs, shop profile, and the pending sale opportunity to be submitted to EFI's sales executives.**Duties and Responsibilities:**+ Personally represent EFI in a professional manner to its customers and prospects+ In depth understanding of EFI products and value proposition+ Highly effective at holding a telephone conversation with a prospect in a relaxed, casual, and consultative manner in which you are able to explain the value of EFI's solutions that meet their needs+ You maintain complete and accurate logs of all Activities and Opportunities in SalesForce.com, and supply any additional documentation requested by the department manager,?required for accurate record keeping and analysis+ Possess in depth understanding of the Graphic Arts / Commercial Print industry and the product/services?this market provides at both a traditional and all digital?printing company+ You have a thorough working knowledge of SalesForce.com Contact Management System as well as how EFI has customized the tool to meet business requirements.+ Meet?and exceed the call quotas as measured on a daily/monthly/annual basis+ Meet?and exceed the sales opportunity creation quotas as measured on a monthly/annual basis+ You possess great skill and reliability for the rapid resolution of prospect requests and?call backs.+ As a Self-starter you are a member of all the Printing Associations, and scan social media and publications for people quoted, companies?highlighted, and new products installed researching these for net new prospect potential.**Job Requirements:**+ Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience with proven track record of successful sales performance in high value capital goods and services and / or (Digital) printing markets+ Highly skilled at leveraging relations and (y)our knowledge of the Accounts in your territory+ You are a dynamic, self-motivated professional, with excellent presentation, communications and interpersonal skills+ You work Pro-actively?and autonomously+ Highly skilled at developing business contacts and relationships at all levels of an organization both internal and external+ Possess thorough knowledge?and understanding of the markets served and their trends+ In depth knowledge of the Graphic Arts / printing industry+ Excellent verbal and written skills to communicate concisely and effectively+ You are hands-on, ensuring all customer requests are followed through to successful completion+ Proven ability to think 'outside the box'+ You move and adapt as the organization needs change ????+ You are laser focused and results driven - always meeting or exceeding your plan goalsTotal Comp $45,000 to $50,000The salary range for this job is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
