Directly researching and sourcing passive candidates through multiple channels
Creating and implementing new and unique candidate generation strategies
Required Skills:

Bachelor's degree
Three to five years full-cycle recruiting experience
Knowledge of Human Resources and Recruitment best practices and disciplines
