  • Establishes rapport with PNCs (Potential New Clients) by offering clear, confident, and compassionate communication. Helps PNC understand why Gravis is the perfect place for them and how our attorneys and support teams offer world-class legal services.
  • Answer incoming calls
  • Assess needs of callers
  • Create and Maintain Client files at client request
  • Follow up on payment and forms for consultations
  • Schedule, reschedule, and cancel PNC appointments
  • Facilitate communication between attorneys and PNCs
  • Be available to field Client Calls as needed
  • Secure potential new clients for the firm
  • Maintain a log of call activity
  • Respond to Potential New Client inquiries
  • Perform conflict of interest checks
  • Assign PNCs to an attorney based on knowledge and tool info
  • Coordinate with attorneys to assess matter viability
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.Requirements: MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :High School Diploma or GED required, college graduate with bachelor's degree preferred. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers. Ability to talk. Listen and speak clearly on the phone and through written communications. Computer proficiency (MS-Office- Word, Excel, and Outlook). Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadline, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service. Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions give, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices. Other requirements include:
    • Typing speed: 50 WPM

    • E-mail composition & general functionality
