Job Description:
A company is looking for an Outbound Business Development
Representative (BDR).
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with account executives to identify potential customers
and develop outbound prospecting strategies
Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting activities through cold
calling, email outreach, and social media
Qualify leads based on criteria and schedule follow-up meetings for
account executives
Required Qualifications
Previous sales or BDR experience, or a strong desire to start a
sales career
Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for sales
Comfortable making daily cold calls and using various communication
tools
Willingness to learn sales tools and techniques
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment
