Key Responsibilities
Operate proprietary performance reporting application to assist in
client onboarding
Manage incoming requests from clients and teams efficiently
Communicate proactively and professionally with clients to resolve
issues
Required Qualifications
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills
Solution-oriented and analytical mindset
Strong organizational skills
Working towards or have obtained a Bachelor's Degree from an
accredited institution (Business/Finance/Information Systems
preferred)
