Job Description:
A company is looking for a CRT Claims Examiner to support
complex rehab technology billing processes.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare appeals or corrections for CRT claims in compliance with
Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance guidelines
Verify coding accuracy and ensure all required documentation is
included with claims
Track outstanding claims and communicate with the Payer Team to
resolve denials or underpayments
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in medical claims processing, billing, or
revenue cycle management
Knowledge of DME and CRT billing, including Medicare, Medicaid, and
commercial payer rules
Experience with HCPCS coding, modifiers, and medical necessity
documentation for CRT products
Certification in medical billing and coding (e.g., CPC, CPB,
CRCS)
Prior experience working for a CRT provider, DME supplier, or payer
specializing in rehab technology
