Job Description:
A company is looking for a Registered Client Care Services
Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Provide personalized client support and address inquiries in a call
center environment
Process income conversion transactions and manage maturity options
for clients
Collaborate with financial representatives and internal teams to
ensure smooth transitions from accumulation to payout phases
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree in business or related field, or equivalent
experience
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
Advanced understanding of investment or income markets/products
Basic understanding of tax implications
Required certifications: Series 63, Series 6, and SIE - FINRA
