Floor Grid to join our Joint and Installation team in Everett,
Washington.As a Numerical Control Drill Machine Operator
specializing in floor grid structures, you will be at the forefront
of precision engineering, utilizing advanced technology to execute
critical machining processes. Your expertise will contribute to the
efficient setup and operation of drilling machines, ensuring that
each component is meticulously prepared to meet stringent quality

- Set up and operate numerically controlled drilling machines for
hole preparation, including drilling and counter-sinking of floor
grid structures.
- Load, position, index, and secure work-holding devices and
components on single-axis positioning tables for efficient
machining.
- Inspect setups and finished parts to ensure compliance with
quality standards and specifications.
- Select, check, adjust, and install various hand and power tools
to maintain effective control of machining media.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments to perform and verify
work assignments accurately.
- Execute mechanical tasks necessary to support timely completion
of assignments.
- Perform necessary rework within designated work areas to meet
quality standards.
- Interpret blueprints, technical documents, and specifications
to guide machining processes.
- Contact other organizations for machine maintenance and repairs
as required.
- Initiate corrective action requests for machine malfunctions,
detecting faulty tools, and implementing solutions.
- Provide relevant information to supervision and shop personnel
to facilitate workflow and communication.Physical Demands and
Potential Hazards:
- Perform physical tasks that include lifting weights ranging
from 10-15 lbs to 15-35 lbs.
- Engage in various movements such as reaching, handling,
turning, twisting, lifting, lowering, climbing, balancing, bending,
kneeling, crouching, and squatting.
- Work in environments that may involve contact with metals,
solvents, and coolants.
- Operate in proximity to moving parts and tools, sharp cutters,
and potential slipping hazards.
- Adapt to varying noise levels and atmospheric conditions.
- Utilize personal safety gear to protect face/eyes, hands/arms,
and feet while performing job duties.This position is expected to
be 100% onsite. - The selected candidate will be required to work
onsite at one of the listed location options.The position must meet
Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as
defined by 22 C.F.R. - 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US

(Required Skills/Experience):
- 1+ years of experience with various types of hand held power
tools
- Capable of lifting, pushing and pulling up to 35lbs
- Ability to stand and move (reach, bend, or stoop) to handle
products for extended periods of time
- 1+ years of experience with any of the following: power-feed
drilling, hand drilling, drill equipment, drill bits, cutters,
cutter design, drill bushings, and/or drill nosepieces
- 1+ years of experience operating 3 axis NC/CNC machine
tools
- Experience with either Siemens, Fanuc, or Mazatol
controllers
- 1+ years of experience of reading and understanding engineering
drawings, blueprints, schematics, and specificationsTypical
Education & Experience:High school graduate or GED
