Job Description: The Land Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and acquiring land for residential and commercial development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate, with experience in land acquisition, market analysis, and negotiation. Responsibilities: Identify and analyze potential land acquisition opportunities. Conduct market research and feasibility studies. Negotiate land purchase agreements. Coordinate with legal, financial, and development teams. Manage relationships with landowners, brokers, and other stakeholders. Ensure compliance with zoning and land use regulations. Assist in the development of land acquisition strategies. Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitive landscapes Qualifications: Real Estate Licence Required Experience in land acquisition or real estate development Strong analytical and negotiation skills Knowledge of local zoning and land use regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
