Job Description:
We are seeking a self-motivated, organized communications
professional to join our team to support CEO and senior leadership
communications efforts. This role sits at the intersection of
communications and program management—you'll drive execution of
executive messaging, events, and organizational communications
initiatives while building the mechanisms that keep everything
running smoothly. You'll work closely with the CEO Communications
team, business line communications teams, and cross-functional
partners to build and deploy strategic communications programs. If

role is for you. Key job responsibilities • Develop executive
communications materials including talking points, briefing
documents, internal updates, and event preparation materials. •
Coordinate inputs across communications, product, and business
teams to ensure accuracy and alignment. • Own day-to-day management
of executive communications workflows, trackers, and planning
mechanisms. • Track progress across executive communications
priorities and drive follow-ups to ensure on-time delivery. •
Manage asset deliverables, approvals, and timelines. • Support
planning and execution during major announcements, launches, and
internal events. • Maintain executive activity trackers covering
communications engagements and priorities. • Provide regular
reporting on communications deliverables, milestones, and progress
toward goals. • Identify opportunities to simplify processes and
improve execution efficiency. - 5 years of recent professional
communications or public relations experience - Bachelor's degree -
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects across multiple
stakeholders - Strong written communication and organizational
skills - High attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy
under pressure - Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a
fast-paced environment - Experience supporting senior leaders or
executive teams - Experience working in corporate communications,
PR, or technology organizations - Ability to operate effectively in
ambiguous, fast-moving environments - Strong ownership mindset with

this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include
sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final
compensation will be determined based on factors including
experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers
