Business Analyst92377Zurich is currently in the process of
expanding our Contingent Workforce program team and is seeking a
Business Analyst who will support the contingent labor vendor
management system for the United States and Canada. This team is
structured within Business Services Management of the Operations &
Technology organization. Ideally this roleis to work hybrid 1-2
days a week from our North American headquarters in Schaumburg, IL,
however, will consider candidates outside of this location to work
virtually.Responsibilities:+ Responsible for managing and
delivering the Beeline contingent worker system ticket management
process including defects, enhancements, etc. Has responsibility
for documenting requirements, performing testing activities and
training end users.+ Create ad hoc and regular reporting through
the Beeline vendor management system (VMS)+ Analyze and manipulate
data to create shareable management information+ Manage VMS and
reporting items raised by engagement managers and/or suppliers+
Lead and support projects to address strategic and operational
priorities which are cross functional and highly visible+ Utilizes
business, technology, organizational change, and collaborative
skills to work with business owners and cross-functional resources
to develop and deploy implementation strategies and deliverables.+
Provides project planning and status reporting for assigned
deliverables and activities.+ Applies knowledge of the business
objectives, processes, products, and services in order to develop
recommendations for new programs and/or initiatives to solve
business challenges.+ Assists with, and may deliver, change
management planning and execution (e.g., training, communications)
to support the implementation of solutions and initiatives that
support strategic and operational priorities. Develop business
requirements and user test cases and participate in UAT for
technology solutionsBasic Qualifications:--- Bachelor's Degree and
4 or more years of experience in the Insurance or Operations
areaOR--- High School Diploma or Equivalent and 6 or more years of
experience in the Insurance or Operations areaOR--- Zurich
Certified Insurance Apprentice including Associate Degree and 4 or
more years of experience in the Insurance or Operations areaAND---
Project management experiencePreferred:--- Experience with a Vendor
Management System (e.g., Beeline)--- Data analysis, analytical, and
problem-solving skills--- Ability to develop training solutions for
non-technical teams.--- Experience with data visualization tools
(e.g., PowerBI)--- Knowledge of the Systems Development Life Cycle
(SDLC) methodologies.--- Strong conceptual, analytical and
problem-solving ability.--- Adaptable and flexible with working in
a constantly evolving field.--- Ability to simultaneously manage
