Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Analyst (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Manage the Request for Proposal (RFP) process, including gathering
marketing materials and preparing submissions
Collaborate and negotiate with carriers on quotes and organize data
into a marketing analysis format
Develop relationships with broker partners and carriers, ensuring
timely entry of client data into Smartsheet
Required Qualifications
College degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience, or a high
school diploma with at least 10 years of group benefits
experience
Knowledge of ancillary benefit plan designs, contracts, and
industry trends
Strong organizational skills and effective time management
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Diligent follow-up skills
